PSYCHODIAGNOSTICS OF EMOTIONAL BURNOUT IN STUDENTS

This article examines the psychodiagnostics of emotional burnout among students. The causes, stages of development, and main psychological characteristics of this condition are analyzed. Modern psychodiagnostic methods used for its assessment are also reviewed. The results indicate that emotional burnout is closely associated with academic stress, difficulties in social adaptation, and decreased motivation. The study emphasizes the effectiveness of psychological prevention and corrective interventions. Findings confirm the important role of psychodiagnostics in enhancing students’ psychological stability and academic performance.
