Abstract
This article analyzes the scientific and theoretical foundations for organizing extracurricular independent work of future surdopedagogues, modern pedagogical approaches to its organization, its importance in improving educational effectiveness, as well as the role of methods for developing auditory perception in surdopedagogical education.
