Аннотация
The uniqueness of separatism as a phenomenon of modern philosophical practice is determined by its different perceptions. On the one hand, separatism is traditionally equated with the national liberation movement, and on the other hand, with the unjustified disintegration of a single state. The political processes of the last decade of the 20th century forced a new perception of this phenomenon, and since the beginning of the 90s, a slightly different point of view on separatism has prevailed in reference publications.
