Abstract
This article analyzes the socio-philosophical aspects of the formation of strategic thinking and social responsibility in military personnel, as well as the features of the historical formation of the concept of social responsibility. It reveals the integration of modern, socio-philosophical and moral-cultural, as well as philosophical values, in the development of strategic thinking of military personnel from a socio-ethical perspective.
