Ensuring Public Order and Safety is a Prior Task Today

Abstract

Measures to ensure public order and security are an urgent task today. The article proposes to improve the mechanism of work in this area, to develop a "concept of public safety", and also, the author's definitions of the concepts of "public order" and "public safety" have been developed by studying the views of scientists who have conducted research in this area. Along with this, it was noted the need to involve law enforcement agencies and the public in the prevention of offenses and crimes, and the use of effective methods of combating them.
