This article analyzes the issues of increasing the role of international commercial arbitration in the consideration of investment disputes and the decision to international commercial arbitration by agreement of the parties, disputes arising from all commercial relations, both contractual and non-contractual in the country, can be transferred. It is also emphasized, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the arbitration proceedings and all documents prepared for and during the arbitration proceedings are confidential.
