IMPORTANCE OF ELECTRONIC EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

Abstract
This article discusses issues related to the importance of an electronic contract concluded electronically. In the article, special attention is paid to issues related to the comprehensive disclosure of ongoing reforms, improvement of labor legislation, as well as put forward proposals for concluding an employment contract electronically. At the same time, this work reveals the current practice of concluding and registering an electronic contract and its advantages. In this scientific publication were analyzed opinions of scientists on the translation of an employment contract into electronic form and other issues related to an employment contract.
