Аннотатсия

This article discusses the concept and general description of the circumstances that exclude the criminality of the act. Suggestions and recommendations were also made to improve the circumstances that exclude the criminality of the act. This article stipulates that in order for cases excluding the criminality of an act to be established by law, they must have certain characteristics, and for all cases excluding the criminality of an act, this concept is general and not illegal; not to be socially dangerous; issues that the person should not be at fault in the act were also analyzed.
