THE ROLE OF MUNAVVARQORI IN THE MODERNIZATION OF THE TURKESTAN EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM

Abstract
This article analyzes Munavvarqori Abdurashidxonov’s pedagogical and educational activities in modernizing the Turkestan educational system based on historical sources. His new-method schools, phonetic literacy method, and views on integrating secular sciences are comparatively studied with modern constructivist and competency-based approaches, highlighting the significance of Jadid heritage for improving today’s education.
