LEGAL ANALYSIS OF THE CONCEPT OF THE SUBJECTIVE SIDE OF A CRIME

Abstract
This article provides a detailed analysis of the criminal legal significance of the crime, the emergence of the concept of the subjective side of the crime, and the tariffs for this concept, and quotes from foreign sources. Legal explanations are given on the necessary and optional features of the subject of the crime. The role of the subjective side of the crime in the qualification of crimes is analyzed in detail.
