Some Issues of Improving the Grounds and Procedure for the Participation of a Lawyer in CIVIL Proceedings

This article analyzes the issues of improving the grounds and procedure for the participation of a lawyer in a civil process. In particular, the circumstances in which a lawyer is obliged to participate are analyzed as theoretical and practical problems of contractual representation. In this regard, the opinions of legal scholars were analyzed and a comparative analysis of the civil procedural legislation of foreign countries was carried out, as well as proposals were made to improve the national civil procedural legislation. The article also analyzes statistics on advocacy, presents proposals and recommendations for introducing amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Advocacy" to increase the number of lawyers in our country, remove unnecessary barriers to attract young graduates to advocacy.
