THE ROLE OF TRAVEL AND TOURISM IN ENHANCING YOUTH SPIRITUALITY

Travel and tourism are known to be spiritually refreshing and stress-reducing. At the same time, travel and tourism are an important tool for fostering youth spirituality, directly influencing their personal development, socialization, and knowledge, as well as strengthening their sense of patriotism. During travel, young people learn to make independent decisions, make new friends, become more socially active, and gain self-confidence. Based on this, this article examines the role of travel and tourism in fostering youth spirituality, their educational value, and the development of youth tourism in Uzbekistan. It also analyzes the potential for enhancing youth historical knowledge, respect for national values, and patriotic feelings through travel.
