Development Trends of the Mahalla Institution in New Uzbekistan (a Case Study of Bukhara Region)

Abstract
This article analyzes the development trends of the mahalla institute in New Uzbekistan using the example of Bukhara region. The study covers institutional changes in the mahalla management system - the establishment of the Ministry of Mahalla and Family Support, the cooperation system “Mahalla - sector - public reception – mahalla” and the work carried out on the basis of the “Prosperous and Safe Mahalla” program. It also analyzes practical experiences such as the activities of women's social hostels in Bukhara region, the improvement of infrastructure in mahallas, the organization of tourism mahallas. The article covers the role of the mahalla institute in state policy, its effectiveness in solving population problems, and future development prospects.
