DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY: A NEW STAGE OF REFORM OF JUDUCIAL SYSTEM

Abstract
This article consistently analyzes the essence of the gradual democratization and liberalization of the judicial system in our country, aimed at implementing democratic reforms, strengthening the rule of law and legitimacy, reliable protection of individual rights and interests. The author analyzes the reforms based on the Action Strategy for 2017-2021 and scientifically substantiates the need to continue these reforms. Also highlighted on the compliance of judicial and legal reforms under the motto "For the dignity of human" with international standards. Scientific and theoretical views on the main factors ensuring the independence of the judiciary are covered.
