MECHANISMS FOR ENSURING THE POWERS OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS

Abstract
This article dwells on the mechanisms of providing the privileges of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and divides those mechanisms into several categories through the analysis of the national legislative documents. Likewise, the article advances concrete suggestions to further improve regulatory documents and to expand the privileges of the Cabinet of the Ministers in the field of economic management. These proposals and recommendations can serve to organize the activities of the Government more effectively in the future.
