In this article, the author has highlighted some issues related to the subject of crimes in the field of public procurement. The author notes that it is important to determine the range of socially dangerous acts related to the implementation of public procurement, as well as to investigate the characteristics of the person who committed the crime, that is, the subject of the crime, in the fight against them. The subject of the crimes under investigation is a special subject that has a special meaning as a subject. A special subject of a crime is a reasonable mind with general characteristics of the subject, in addition to the fact that he has reached a certain age, he must also have additional specific characteristics specified in the articles of the special part of the Criminal Code. In particular, the fact that provisions on the non-use of punishment as a method of deprivation of liberty are introduced in the event of material damage caused by article 11 of the Criminal Code are included in the Criminal Code 173, 180, 181, 198, 233 the material damage caused under articles 167, 168, 170, 175 of the Criminal Code is tripled, in the case of material damage caused under articles 167, 168, 170, 175 of the Criminal Code, there is a sharp decrease in the hidden level of crime, as a result of which punishment is not applied or exemption from criminal punishment is established.tirishga, it was noted that the fight against crime has a significant impact on reducing costs.
