BANKING CREDIT AS AN ECONOMIC AND LEGAL CATEGORY

Аннотация
Based on the provisions of economic and legal science, as well as the norms of civil legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, legal issues to such aspects of credit as the roles, principles and functions of credit are analyzed, and conclusion is made about the economic legal nature of bank credit. After a separate consideration of the economic essence of the credit and civil law issues of regulating the activities of banks as credit institutions, for a more complete disclosure of the essence of banking credit as a social phenomenon, the author puts forward a unified economic and legal concept of banking credit.
