THE HISTORY OF THE FORMATION OF FAMILY RELATIONS AND ITS MAIN SOURCES

This article examines the history of the formation of family relations in our country and its main sources. This topic has been studied by Uzbek research scientists on the basis of philosophical, legal, religious, historical, psychological approaches. At the stages of historical development, the main sources used in regulating family and marriage relations were studied analytically and comparatively. In particular, they studied the holy book of the Zoroastrians “Avesta", the Holy Quran, the hadis of the great Muhaddis Imam Bukhari, the views of the Eastern thinkers Abu Nasr Farabi, Abu Rayhan Beruni, Abu Ali ibn Sina, the work of Burhaniddin Marginoni “Hidoya”. This is a reflection on the place and significance of spiritual heritage in modern society. And also in the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Family Code indicates the gradual improvement of the norms of family relations at the stages of historical development. The article also highlights the importance of family relations in history based on the information provided in the sources. And also on the basis of the above sources, the role and significance of marriage in family relations is shown. From this point of view, the ideas are substantiated that the role and importance of the family in the development of any society, state in any era do not lose their relevance.
