Annotatsiya

The article discusses the role of human rights in the development of society. Particular attention is paid to the main mechanisms for the protection of human rights in international legal acts. The development of human rights theories in the history of legal doctrines is analyzed, examples of ideas on the problem of human relations in the works of Eastern thinkers are given. Human rights are scientifically studied in Eastern and Western socio-philosophical thought. The content of the reforms aimed at protecting human rights over the years of independence is revealed. The essence of systemic measures aimed at further enhancing the role of the Ombudsman as an independent national institution for the protection of human rights and freedoms was also analyzed.
