ENSURING THE RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS OF VICTIMS AND WITNESSES AT THE PRE-TRIAL STAGE

Аннотация
The article scientifically analyzes the need to ensure the rights and freedoms of victims and witnesses at the stage of pre-trial proceedings on the example of the experience of some foreign countries, such as France, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the implementation of procedural rights of citizens. Based on this advanced foreign experience, suggestions and comments were made to ensure the rights and freedoms of victims and witnesses in criminal proceedings. It was also noted that judicial proceedings based on the principle of "for human dignity" can serve as a guarantee of the protection of the rights and freedoms of victims and witnesses in criminal proceedings, as well as prevent serious damage that may be caused to them and taking risks.
