PECULIARITIES OF THE LEGAL STATUS OF AN INFORMATION INTERMEDIARY IN THE FIELD OF ELECTRONIC COMMERCE

In this article, for the first time, the importance of the participation of an information intermediary in civil legal relations in the field of e-commerce, the task and modern problems of its research, international, regional documents and foreign experience, legal and economic scientific sources are systematically analyzed. It also explains the content and essence of normative-legal documents related to the legal status of an information intermediary in the field of electronic commerce. In addition, in the context of the transformation of digital civil transactions, a reasoned conclusion, proposal and recommendations were developed regarding the improvement of the legal regulation of the activity of an information intermediary in the field of electronic commerce.
