THE CONCEPT, TYPES OF ADMINISTRATIVE ACT AND ITS LEGAL NATURE

Аннотация
Today in the field of administrative law, it is natural that we face a lot of concepts of Administrative Act, action. The reason is an administrative act, the actions we encounter a lot in our daily lives. This article analyzes the concept of administrative ICT, its function, types of administrative ICT and its importance in our legislation, as well as the different aspects of the legal nature of administrative acts from other documents. The concept of administrative ICT, types are analyzed by analyzing the legislation of foreign countries developed in the Haik, as well as by studying the opinions of scientists who conducted scientific research on this subject. The article developed proposals for the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on administrative procedures with the analysis of individual administrative acts, concepts of public administrative acts, signs of administrative acts. In addition, the fact that the administrative act is cited in our legislation as an administrative act, the ratio of the administrative act and the administrative act, its procedural acts and different from the normative acts, and similar sides, has been scientifically studied.
