THE CONCEPT OF FORCING A WOMAN TO HAVE SEXUAL INTERCOURSE

Abstract
This article deals with the concept of forcing a woman to have sexual intercourse. At the same time, the author's definition of such concepts as violence, coercion, coercion to sexual intercourse was developed on the basis of an analysis of the norms established in legislative documents, as well as the opinions of scientists. Specific aspects of forcing a woman to have sexual intercourse are highlighted, and the issues of delimiting this concept from the concept of sensuality are analyzed.
