This article analyzes the multilateral and bilateral cooperation relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the countries of the Central Asian region (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan) in the fields of science and education. The article highlights the new political environment that has emerged in the region in recent years and the development of integration between higher education institutions, joint research projects, and student and teacher exchange programs based on the principles of good neighborliness.
