Abstract
In this article, it is stated that the Russian colonialists in their policy in the field of cultureintended to conquer not only the lands and natural resources of the people of the country, but also theirhearts. It is written that the science and culture of the Turkestan peoples did not stop developing even in thestrict conditions of the colonial system, despite all the pressures of the Russification policy.
