This article provides an in-depth analysis of the psychological impact of emotions on human personality traits. The study analyzes from a psychological perspective how positive and negative manifestations of emotions affect personality development, the formation of emotional experiences in childhood, and the impact of these states on future personality traits. The concept of emotional intelligence (EQ), its importance, and the possibilities of forming social adaptability, mental stability, and positive personality traits through conscious management of emotions are also discussed. The results of the article conclude with practical recommendations aimed at strengthening personality traits through the development of emotional awareness and psychological health.
