This scientific article addresses the theoretical and practical issues of reconstructing the medieval architecture of the Khorezm Oasis. The article analyzes the role of modern digital technologies, particularly 3D modeling methods, in restoring the unique architectural heritage of the oasis. During the research, the scientific foundations of reconstruction were developed based on archaeological sources, written historical documents, and architectural measurement drawings. The article highlights the distinctive features of ancient Khorezm architecture clay-brick technology, the defensive structures system, and methodological principles for reconstructing religious buildings. Additionally, new scientific conclusions are presented based on the reinterpretation of materials collected by the Khorezm Archaeological Expedition led by S.P. Tolstov.
