Аннотация
In this article, the existing legal basis for holding public events, the conditions for holding public events in our country and the legislation of foreign countries, as well as the description of norms in our country in this regard, issues related to public safety and maintaining public order, opinions of scientists sought in thefield and foreign Opinions about the legal conditions for holding public events in their countries are stated. In addition, practical recommendations and reasonable suggestions for the development of our legislation were given.
