PROPERTIES SUBJECT TO CONFISCATION IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Аннотация
This article analyzes the property objects to be confiscated based on the norms of criminal and criminal-procedural legislation, the procedure and conditions for their identification. Based on the views and ideas put forward by scientists, the property objects to be confiscated were studied scientifically, theoretically and practically. Based on the results of the analysis, scientific conclusions aimed at identifying the problems arising in the identification of confiscated property objects and their elimination, as well as suggestions and recommendations for improving the legislation were given.
