In this article, the scope of application of conciliation has been expanding since its introduction, the need for conciliation is increasing as a solution to reduce criminalization in the context of reforms in the judicial system, the further development and liberalization of related legislation, the wide use of the institution of conciliation in the future, as well as its application, investigation and discussion in court. problems and factors in the process, their presence and negative impact on the expansion of the scope of reconciliation, opinions and some suggestions as a solution to the problems are given and thoroughly analyzed.
