Abstract

This article analyzes using scientific methods the content and essence of each concept of Article I of the newly adopted Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan: “Uzbekistan is a sovereign democratic, legal, social and secular state with a republican form of government ”.Also in this article, the current issue related to the education and training of young people raised in the Speech by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on May 8, 2023 at a meeting dedicated to the results of the referendum.
