FREEDOM OF CONSCIENCE AND RELIGIOUS TOLERANCE AS A FOUNDATION FOR SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
This article analyzes the chapters of the Law on the Concept of Ensuring Citizens' Freedom of Conscience and State Policy in the Religious Sphere in the Republic of Uzbekistan, particularly focusing on the economic regulation direction outlined in Chapter 6, “Priority Directions and Mechanisms for the Development of a Secular State. ” The article emphasizes secularism in the economic sphere, highlighting the states need to rely on economic laws, principles, and institutions based on empirical data, rational analysis, and objective observations when regulating relations between economic entities. The main mechanisms for ensuring secularism in economic regulation are also discussed.
