АХМАДЖАНОВ, Абдулбосит, РАХИМДЖАНОВ, Дурбек
Abstract
This article refutes the accusations leveled against Imam Abu Hanifa, the founder of the Hanafi school of jurisprudence. Despite his undisputed authority, he faced criticism from various heterodox groups. The article analyzes unfounded accusations of heresy against Abu Hanifa, originating from Jahmites, Murji’ites, Mu’tazilites, Shi’ites, and others, and provides a scholarly refutation based on his works on 'aqidah (Islamic creed), such as “al-Fiqh al-Akbar” and "al-Fiqh al-Absat. ”
