RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS AND FEATURES OF ORGANIZED CRIME

Abstract
The article shows the history of the emergence of organized crime as a social phenomenon, its impact on the process of public administration, as well as issues related to the reflection of the established requirements for combating it in the legal system. Also, on the basis of correlations, definitions and their analysis, expressed by legal scholars who conducted scientific research and research in this area, the features of the norms reflected in the legislation are mentioned.
