SOME PECULIARITIES OF THE SYSTEM OF PUBLIC CIVIL SERVICE IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Today, serious reforms are being carried out in our country to improve the process of passing the state civil service. But there are problems that are waiting for a solution in the industry. It should be noted that as systemic problems in the relations of the civil service of the state, it is possible to indicate such a fact that there is no single strategy for the development of the civil service of the state, and modern technologies in the civil service of the state are not overcrowded. The basic principles of changes in the civil service of the state, a strategy for the long-term development of the civil service of the state, referring to large-scale and structural reforms corresponding to national conditions, have not been developed. Some specific aspects of the system of public civil service in foreign countries are so unique that it is necessary to analyze them, compare them with our national legislation, and develop scientific-theoretical and practical suggestions and explanations in this regard. Based on the above, this article provides a comprehensive analysis of the state of the civil service in force as a specific direction of the public administration system, the basic principles of fundamental changes based on advanced foreign experience, scientifically based analytical opinions, proposals and recommendations referring to large-scale and structural reforms corresponding to national conditions.
