QUESTIONS OF CRIMINAL LAW RESEARCH OF RESISTANCE TO A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE AUTHORITIES

In this article, it is scientifically investigated that in recent years there has been an increase in cases of resistance to a representative of the authorities, which damages not only their life and health, but also the order of activity of authorities, management and public associations, can lead to a weakening of state power and law and order in the country. The author makes proposals to improve the current norms of the Criminal Code based on the scientific views of a number of scientists, as well as international and national legislative acts.
