Сайдуллоев Ахадхон Абдуллоевич
Аңдатпа
This article provides an overview of some of the studies conducted in the context of young women's imprisonment and childbirth, including the impact of the use of shackles and shackles on the health of female juvenile offenders. In particular, the negative impact of being in shackles during childbirth, as well as the process of selecting newborns and young children after childbirth due to the impossibility of jointly serving sentences in places of detention, are considered. Based on the results of a scientific review, the author concludes that the process of accepting childbirth by young mothers in an atmosphere of excessive strictness brings great moral suffering and leaves no opportunity for mothers to be with their child, which ultimately negatively affects the correction process.
