FEATURES OF ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION IN E-COMMERCE

Abstract
Online dispute resolution is an effective and fast method of dispute resolution in e-commerce. Online dispute resolution platforms allow buyers and sellers to resolve their disputes without the participation of a court, which significantly reduces the time for dispute resolution. In the context of the development of Internet technologies and the increase in the volume of e-commerce, arise problems related to the settlement of disputes between sellers and buyers. One of the main advantages of e-commerce is the ability to conduct transactions quickly and conveniently. However, there is a risk of unscrupulous sellers who may not fulfill their obligations to the buyer. In such cases, it is necessary to have an effective dispute settlement mechanism that would allow conflicts between the parties to be resolved quickly and fairly. The article discusses some aspects of this problem, and suggests effective dispute resolution mechanisms in e-commerce. To do this, it is necessary to analyze existing dispute settlement methods, consider the experience of other countries in this area and develop recommendations for improving dispute settlement mechanisms in e-commerce and their application in the country.
