THE EFFECT OF THE CRIMINAL LAW IN SPACE

The article describes some of the comments made by the author regarding certain considerations regarding the validity of criminal law by territory. The author also noted that the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan defines the territorial scope of application of the National Criminal Law. The provisions laid out in it express the territorial principle, that is, the principle of the application of the Criminal Code of the same state is indicated in which territory of the state a crime was committed. In accordance with this, all persons who have committed a crime on the territory of Uzbekistan are liable only under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, regardless of which state they are citizens or are not citizens. The dissolution of the former USSR and the emergence of several independent states in its place, the emergence of the CIS on the site of the former Union, and the complete change of ties between them in all spheres, caused borderline problems between them, these problems are also directly related to the fact that the criminal law applies to the territory. The author also proposed and substantiated the proposal to penalize the criminal punishment of the expulsion of foreign citizens and stateless persons from the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the end of the article.
