The study of the activities of political parties participating in important political changes in Uzbekistan, adhering to democratic principles, universal human values, the rule of law, and the diversity of political institutions, in connection with the spheres of society, has significant scientific and practical value. This, most importantly, provides an opportunity to perceive in general and in particular the difference between the political institutions of the former totalitarian era and the construction of a democratic society, the important significance of the doctrine of the development of society, which is being renewed through its goals and objectives.
