Annotaciya

This article examines the classification of the category "harf” within the Arabic language’s system of parts of speech. It analyses the views of Arabic grammarians and Oriental scholars in a comparative manner and identifies differences in the use of the term "harf” in Arabic and Uzbek. Particular attention is given to Mahmud al-Zamakhshari’s treatise " Muqaddamatu-l-adab ”, in which the structural and grammatical features of the harf category (function words) are considered in a comparative theoretical analysis based on the views of classical and modern Oriental linguists.
