Abstract

The article talks about the work “al-Mustasfa” by the famous representative of the Hanafi school, famous commentator, jurist, imam Hafiziddin Abul Barakat Nasafi. Information is given about the history of writing the work, its unique styles. In addition, the legal issues set out in it are proven by the verses of the Holy Quran and Hadith, and are also enriched by the opinions of scholars.
