SOME CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE ADMISSION OF EVIDENCE OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF RECOGNITION IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

In this article, the current state of investigation of unsolved crimes in previous years and the criminal- procedural aspects of ensuring the admissibility of evidence obtained as a result of presentation for recognition are described, criminal cases in investigative practice and their problems are analyzed within the framework of the topic. Based on the results of the analysis, recommendations have been developed for careful planning of the investigation of unsolved crimes in the past years, elimination of errors and shortcomings in the conduct of investigations and other procedural actions.
