CYBER VIOLENCE PREVENTION AND RESPONSIBILITY ISSUES

Abstract
The development of information and communication technologies in the virtual space has led to the rapid development of new concepts and phenomena such as cyberviolence. Cyberviolence, which is one of today's hot issues, including cyberviolence, is discussed in this article, and the meaning of the term "cyberviolence " is explained. In addition to providing information and analytical data on cases related to cyber violence, proposals have been developed on issues of theoretical and practical importance for improving legislation.
