CORPORATE LEGAL RELATIONS PLACE IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM

Аннотация
The article analyzes the role of corporate legal relations in the legal system. The relevance of the problem under study is determined by the fact that, unlike the legislation of foreign countries, our national legislation does not have a clear definition of the concept and essence of a corporation and corporate legal relations. In this regard, ambiguities arise in the interpretation of the concept of corporate legal relations from the point of view of current legislation. The article comparatively analyzes the nature of corporate legal relations in Ukraine, Russia, as well as the countries of Europe, Central Asia and the USA and determines their place in civil legal relations. An assessment is made of the current legislation in the field of civil law, which regulates the activities of corporations and corporate legal relations. The practical significance of this article lies in determining the main criteria for compliance of corporate legal relations with corporate law legislation for the purpose of subsequent application of the results obtained.
