SPECIALIZATION OF THE BODIES OF JUSTICE IN THE FIELD REGULATIONS: DEVELOPMENT TRENDS

In recent years, a number of scientific studies have been carried out in our country to further improve the rule-making activities of state bodies, in particular, to develop the activities of justice bodies in this regard, including a theoretical and methodological analysis of rule-making. activities, organizational and legal foundations of the rule-making activities of the justice authorities, regulatory - special attention is paid to the introduction of modern technologies in the process of drafting legal documents, as well as the areas of application of the elements of the "smart regulation model" in this area, as well as in a research area of great scientific importance. Comprehensive measures have been taken in our republic to further enhance the role of justice bodies in rule-making activities and improve their tasks and powers in this regard, to form the practice of applying a single law in rule-making activities. measures are being taken to improve and increase the efficiency of the activities of the justice authorities in this regard, as well as to introduce digital technologies in the field. Based on the foregoing, this article analyzes the organization of justice bodies in the field and their specialization in the field of rule-making on the basis of the adopted legislative documents related to the field. The article also developed the author's definition of the concept of "rule-making of the bodies of justice".
