LEGAL REGIME OF OWN BUSINESS ENTITIES: COMPARATIVE LEGAL ANALYSIS

Аннотация
In the legislation of foreign countries, the legal basis for the activities of business entities, including their property, acquires certain specifics. Unlike the legal system of Uzbekistan, in developed foreign countries the scope of business law includes any rules governing economic relations and affecting the interests of entrepreneurs. Such a broad interpretation does not require limiting the subject of business law to the law. That is why, according to the legislation of foreign countries, the law on entrepreneurship includes such norms that, according to the traditional interpretation that has developed in the jurisprudence of Uzbekistan, are sources of other branches of law outside of entrepreneurship (for example, ecology, land, labor law). Accordingly, this article, based on sources related to this area, examines in detail the description of the legal regime of the property foundations of business entities in the experience of foreign countries.
