In this article, the author examines the parental rights of minors, the consequences of violation of parental rights, the legal grounds for deprivation of these rights, the content and essence of these legal grounds, procedures provided for by national legislation, procedural and legal aspects of deprivation of parental rights. He researched and analyzed existing problems in the practice of the prosecutor . The scientific views of scientists in this field and the legislation of foreign countries were also studied, and the author expressed his opinion.
