THE CRIMINAL-LEGAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE INSTITUTION OF CONVICTION IN CRIMINAL LEGISLATION

Abstract
This article describes the issues related to the criminal-legal significance of the institution of conviction in criminal law. Also, in the article, the opinion and opinions of scientists are given that the institution of conviction has a special place in the criminal law, and at the same time, the improvement of this institution is considered one of the main issues of jurisprudence. The author's suggestions and recommendations are given in the article regarding the improvement of the criminal justice institution. In this article, several theories related to the concept of conviction in many legal literature on criminal law are mentioned.
