SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP FOR HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION IN NEW UZBEKISTAN

Аннотация
The article highlights the experience of effective formation and development of legal basis social partnership for human rights protection in the New Uzbekistan. The legislative framework in this area was analyzed and divided into three groups. Particular attention was paid to the norms of the Constitution and individual laws, specific sectoral laws reflecting certain aspects of state and non-state cooperation, as well as by-laws on the legal regulation of social partnership relations.
